BV wire (copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wire) is the mainstream choice for building wiring, with core features focusing on safety and stability, practicality and ease of installation, and high cost-effectiveness. It adopts a high-purity single stranded hard copper conductor with excellent conductivity and low resistance, helping reduce power loss. With a PVC insulation layer, it offers strong insulation and aging resistance, operating stably from -15°C to 70°C. Rated voltage is 450/750V, suitable for low-voltage power supply scenarios.
The wire body has high mechanical strength; the insulation is wear-resistant and resistant to acid/alkali corrosion, reducing the risk of damage and leakage during installation and use. The single hard conductor design makes it easier to pull through conduits and improves line stability after construction. Sub-models such as flame-retardant (ZR-BV) and fire-resistant (NH-BV) are available to meet different safety requirements, with rich specifications suitable for lighting, sockets, and small household appliances.
BV wiring is mainly used for low-voltage power supply wiring in various civilian and small commercial areas. It is suitable for wiring of lighting fixtures, power sockets, air conditioners, refrigerators and other household appliances on walls and ceilings in residential decoration, as well as for power supply wiring of office equipment and lighting systems in office buildings, shops, hotels and other places.
It can also be applied to basic power supply wiring in public buildings such as schools and small hospitals. At the same time, it is suitable for close-range power supply wiring of low-voltage equipment in small workshops in factories, meeting stable low-voltage power supply needs of daily and small commercial scenarios.
