BVR Wire

Flexible Copper PVC-Insulated

450/750V low-voltage power distribution • Multi-strand copper conductor • Easy routing for complex wiring paths

Short Description

BVR wire is a flexible PVC-insulated copper wire designed for low-voltage building wiring, ideal for tight conduits, frequent bending, and complex routing where easier installation and stable conductivity are required.

Features

BVR (Bovar Wire) Wire (Copper-Core PVC-Insulated Flexible Wire) is the flexible variant of BV Wire, featuring "flexible installation and secure adaptation" to accommodate complex wiring scenarios. Its multi-strand thin copper wire conductor offers significantly enhanced flexibility compared to single-strand rigid copper cores, with a smaller bending radius that allows easy passage through narrow conduits and around wall corners. Particularly suitable for complex routing in ceiling installations and behind furniture, it ensures convenient installation with minimal insulation damage.

The conductor uses high-purity copper for stable conductivity and low energy loss, paired with a durable PVC insulation layer that provides reliable insulation and aging resistance. Rated at 450/750V for low-voltage power supply, it also comes in safety variants like flame-retardant (ZR-BVR) and fire-resistant (NH-BVR).

  • Multi-strand flexibility
  • Small bending radius
  • PVC insulation
  • 450/750V rated
  • ZR-BVR / NH-BVR options

Applications

BVR (Bendable Wire Routing) cables are designed for flexible low-voltage power distribution in diverse scenarios. They excel at complex wiring paths like ceiling installations and behind furniture in home renovations, while also supporting office equipment in office buildings and retail spaces with frequent bending or tight spaces.

Additionally, they are suitable for hotel rooms and compact server rooms with intricate wiring needs. The cables also accommodate post-installation adjustments and fixed power supply for portable devices, meeting flexible low-voltage power requirements for both residential and commercial applications.
