  • Features
KVVP control cable is a copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielded control cable, with core features focusing on "strong anti-interference+stability and durability+multi scene adaptation", making it the preferred choice for complex electromagnetic environ- ments. It adopts high-purity copper conductors (divided into single stranded and multi stranded types), with reliable conductivity, and is equipped with PVC insulation layer and sheath, which has good wear resistance, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and basic flame retardancy. The rated voltage is 450/750V, suitable for low-voltage control scenarios. The core advantage lies in the copper wire braided shielding layer (braided density ≥ 80%), which can effectively block external electromagnetic interference, reduce signal crosstalk between core wires, and ensure accurate and distortion free control signal transmission. The wire structure is regular, the 
mechanical strength is solid, and it is suitable for fixed laying methods such as cable trenches, conduit penetration, and direct burial. The specifications for the number of cores (2-61 cores) and wire diameter (0.5-6mm ²) are rich, and the long-term working temperature can reach 70 ℃. It has the advantages of strong stability and long service life, and is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for signal anti-interference such as industrial automation, power monitoring, and building automation.

The application of KKVVP control cables focuses on the transmission of low-voltage control signals that require resistance to electromagnetic interference. They are used for signal
connections between factory automation production lines, machine tools, and PLC control 
cabinets, as well as for electrical equipment monitoring circuit wiring in power plants and
